Your monthly allotment refills at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits don't carry over — but purchased top-up packs do.
What happens if I run out?
Generation pauses until your next reset. You can buy a top-up pack any time (top-ups roll over indefinitely), upgrade your plan, or connect your own AI key (BYOK) for unlimited generation at 0 credits.
Do top-up packs expire?
No. Top-up credits roll over and stay in your balance until you use them — even across billing cycles.
Which actions never cost credits?
Building the content engine, your first brand, your first five competitors per brand, exports, device screenshots — and everything you generate with BYOK.
Do I always see the cost first?
Yes. Every credit-costing action shows a “cost chip” before you confirm, and your running balance is always visible in the app.
How do Agency seats affect credits?
