Adding Agency seats.
Agency includes five seats and lets you buy more at $25 a month each — and every extra seat adds 1,000 credits to your monthly allowance. Prorated both ways, up to fifty.
A seat is one person who can log in. Every plan includes some; Agency is the only one where you can buy more — and each extra seat brings 1,000 credits with it, which is the part most people miss.
Seats included in each plan

The count includes you. Three seats on Pro means you plus two colleagues.
The Billing page shows a seat bar — how many are used, out of how many you have. It turns amber as you approach the limit and red when you hit it. On Starter, Pro and Free the only way to get more seats is to move up a plan.
Buying extra seats on Agency
On Agency, a Manage seats button appears on the seat card.
Open Billing and hit Manage seats

Step the number up or down
As you do, the panel updates live: how many extra seats, the monthly add-on cost, the extra credits per month, and what you'll be charged or credited right now.
Confirm the change
It updates your live subscription at Stripe. The new seat count and the new credit allowance land within moments.
Every seat brings 1,000 credits
An extra seat isn't only a login. Each one adds 1,000 credits to your monthly allowance, and those credits refill every month for as long as the seat exists.

At $25 for 1,000 credits, an extra seat is a reasonable way to buy credits even when you don't need the login. If you're consistently running out of allowance on Agency, this is the lever.
What you're charged
Seat changes are prorated. Add a seat halfway through the month and you're charged for the half you're using, not the whole month. The modal shows the prorated amount before you confirm.
From the next invoice onward, the seats are simply part of your bill — one line for the plan, one for the seats.
Removing seats
Same button, same stepper — step the number down and confirm. You're credited back the prorated remainder, and it shows in the modal as a credit rather than a charge.
You can't step below the 5 seats Agency includes. That's the floor.
Removing a seat removes the 1,000 credits that came with it from your monthly allowance too. If you're near the bottom of your balance, drop the seat right after a refill, not right before one.
The 50-seat ceiling
Fifty seats total is the hard cap in the app — the stepper stops there and the modal offers you a contact link instead. If you need more than fifty, get in touch and we'll set up a custom plan.
