Every limit, in one table.
Brands, seats, credits, audit pages, voice samples, services. Every cap ScoutRival enforces, and what happens when you reach one.
Every cap in ScoutRival, in one place. If something is refusing to let you add one more of anything, the number is on this page.

Annual billing is ten times the monthly price on every paid plan — two months free. Credits do not roll over; the allowance is replaced on your renewal date. Details in plans compared.
Competitors
How many competitors you can monitor per brand goes up with your plan. The current number for each plan is on the pricing page — check it there, and the app will tell you when you're at the cap.
What we watch on each of them, and how often, is on what we monitor, and how often.
SEO audit depth
When you run an SEO audit, your plan sets the maximum number of pages we crawl on your site:
- Free — 5 pages
- Starter — 25 pages
- Pro — 100 pages
- Agency — 200 pages
You can choose to crawl fewer; you can't exceed your plan's ceiling. A site bigger than your budget is crawled to the budget, prioritising the pages that matter most. See running an SEO audit.
AI content crawl
The AI-visibility check reads your own content to judge how citable it is. Its page budget is separate from the SEO audit's, and smaller:
- Free — 15 pages
- Starter — 30 pages
- Pro — 50 pages
- Agency — 70 pages
Per-brand limits
These apply to every brand on every plan — they don't change with what you pay:
| Thing | Cap | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Products & services | 30 per brand | Brand → Profile |
| Voice samples | 50 per brand | Brand → Voice |
| Images per Compose message | 6 | Compose |
Thirty services is far more than any business needs — three sharp ones beat twelve vague ones. Fifty voice samples is likewise a ceiling, not a target; the fingerprint is trained well before you get there.
Brief archive
The Brief Archive loads your most recent 200 briefs per brand. Search, filtering and sorting all run across that set.
Nothing older is deleted — it's a loading window, not a retention policy. If you need something beyond it, ask us.
What happens when you hit a limit
- You're told, not silently truncated. The app blocks the action and says which limit you've hit.
- Nothing existing is removed. Going over a limit by downgrading doesn't delete a brand or a competitor — you just can't add another until you're back under it. See changing plan.
- Upgrading lifts the limit immediately, along with your credits.
Running out of credits isn't the same as hitting a plan limit. Credits are a monthly meter on AI work and they refill on your renewal date — see running out of credits. The caps on this page are structural: brands, seats, pages, competitors.
